In addition to our large capacity in pork we also cut young bulls on a daily basis from southern Germany, Luxembourg and France. Our close proximity to the French and Luxembourg borders affords us a traditionally good relationship to cattle producers and suppliers in those countries and so in the last few years this has enabled us to greatly expand the de-boning of Charolais, Limousin, and Blonde d’Aquitaine young bulls which originate predominantly from Normandy and Brittany.
